    Available 24/7 since we work out of our home

    We are located in Western Michigan

  • What is your shipping policy?

    Shipping methods available are standard, expedited, or overnight shipping. Costs vary based on the chosen method, weight of the package/materials, and the destination. We do offer estimated delivery times for each shipping option, and a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

  • What is your return Policy?

    You have 30days to contact us from date of purchase to inquire about returns or refunds. If a refund is offered items need to be in their original condition, including the packaging, tags/sales slips, and any accessories. Depending on the reason for the return, you might be responsible for return shipping costs. 


    exceptions: some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns.
